Mission Statement


To organize and work for the purpose of advancing the needs and concerns of rental property owners and managers including but not limited to legislative enactments, building codes, and tenant relations. To be a fair and reasonable advocate voice for rental property owners in Vermont.

VRPOA General Meetings


Monthly general meetings for Vermont Rental Property Owners Association are held on the first Wednesday during the months of February, March, April, May, October and November with an annual meeting in December. The monthly general meetings feature a guest speaker discussing issues of interest and benefit to residential property owners in Vermont. All members are encouraged to attend. The public is invited.

VRPOA Board Members


Board members serve for a period of two years. Each term begins on January 1st and ends December 31st of the next year. The board of directors elects the officers of VRPOA.
